These terms explain the basic conditions for using EasyTrip365 and submitting travel bookings or enquiries.
Bookings and enquiries
A booking is subject to availability, traveller information and the service-specific terms shown before confirmation. An enquiry or quotation is not a confirmed booking until EasyTrip365 records it as confirmed.
Prices
Prices and inclusions are displayed before submission. Supplier availability, taxes or requested customisations may change a quotation before it is accepted.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers must provide accurate names, contact information and documents, and must check entry, identification and health requirements relevant to their trip.
